How do I create a roster?

Navigate to the Roster page from the sidebar, select a date range, and start adding shifts by clicking on cells in the grid. You can also use Auto-Fill to automatically generate a schedule based on your templates and staff availability.

How does the time clock work?

Employees can clock in and out from the mobile app or a shared kiosk device. Location verification ensures staff are at the right workplace. Managers can review and approve timesheets from the web dashboard.

How do employees access their schedule?

Once a roster is published, employees can view their upcoming shifts in the Rosie mobile app. They can also request leave, swap shifts, and update their availability.

How do I invite team members?

Go to Staff in the sidebar, add a new staff member with their email address, and they will receive an invitation to create their account and access the employee portal.
